Our Services

At Anti-Racism Hub we offer a number of educational, consultancy and guidance  services. The foundation of each is a clear and factual understanding of racism, its history and an exploration of attendees' self awareness in this area.

At this point the sessions move into the specialist topics as outlined below. Parts of the courses are tailored to the client and the challenges faced by their organisation and those in it.

Each service has a brochure you can request with details of the course content and timings. Please also contact us if you have any question. Either by clicking the 'Let's Chat' box at the bottom of this page or going to our 'Contact' tab to submit your enquiry.

Anti-Racism in Education

Aimed at teachers, senior leaders, governors and support staff these sessions build an understanding of the impact of racism on children's sense of identity and confidence. We also investigate the  role of the British education system, the media and educators in perpetuating white dominance.

With practical suggestions and interactive exercises on subjects such as; having racially sensitive conversations with children, adapting the curriculum and advocating for Black and brown children in your care.

Anti-Racism 1-2-1 Consultation

An opportunity to speak to Esher, anti-racist practitioner and educator, about your own journey and questions around anti-racism.

Submit up to two main topics for discussion in advance and enjoy a 30 minute conversation tailored to your interests.

Anti-Racism in Social Care

Ideal for social workers, agency senior leaders, foster carers and adopters. These sessions explore the impact of racism on children's sense of identity and confidence. Acknowledging the double whammy of being Black or brown and in care. Often being placed by, and with, people who don't understand the challenges you face at the hands of racism and the general misconceptions about your needs.
